Under the Administrator tab there is an Import-Export Screen.

If you click "Retrieve Current Settings" it places the current galleries settings into the text box on the screen.  You can then copy the contents of this text box to your clipboard to easily replicate the current gallery settings on a new gallery.

If you click Apply Settings the application applies the settings in the text box to the current gallery. (you have to click "Apply" then "Save" to make them permanent).

You can replicate the look of any of my sample galleries by downloading the corresponding file then copying the contents into the import export text box.
